Komatsu HYDRO-PILOT Hydraulic System

• Multi-circuit hydraulic system with electronic load governor, pump flow summation capability and demand based oil flow priority for fast working cycles and high productivity
• One pressure level for all main hydraulic circuits to simplify pressure adjustments and service
• Unpressurized hydraulic tank with large pump suction lines and low pump speed to prevent risk of cavitation
• Each hydraulic circuit protected by 200 µm high pressure filters
• Full flow 10 µm return line filters for system safety. Supplementary 3 µm by-pass filter circuits to improve oil quality for longer component lifetime
• Swing-out hydraulic cooler for easier cleaning in dusty environments ensuring optimal cooling efficiency

Heavy-Duty Shovel Undercarriage Design

• Komatsu Mining Germany track system with oscillating shoes for optimum response to rugged mine ground conditions
